NDIS property maintenance, sorted.

Verified, insured maintenance tradies across SE Queensland — lawn, garden, yard clean-ups and minor repairs. They invoice you direct with NDIS-ready line items. Tradies, not carers.

Why a maintenance tradie, not a care platform

The support-worker platforms are built for carers. A gardener or handyman gets shoehorned into a model that doesn't fit how they work or bill. Local Trader lists them as what they are — tradies.

Verified & insured

ABN checked against the Australian Business Register, public liability and NDIS Worker Screening surfaced where held. Trust you can refer on.

NDIS maintenance FAQ

Can NDIS funds pay for gardening and home maintenance?

Yes, where it's reasonable and necessary and the participant can't do it due to their disability. It's funded from Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life). Self-managed and plan-managed participants can use unregistered providers; NDIA-managed participants must use registered providers.

How do operators invoice plan managers?

Verified operators issue NDIS-compliant invoices with the correct line items and ABN, sent to you direct, against a service agreement for the plan period. No participant out-of-pocket, no carer-platform middle layer.

Do maintenance tradies need NDIS registration?

No. For daily-living maintenance under $3,300, a valid ABN is enough to serve self-managed and plan-managed participants. NDIS Worker Screening and public liability insurance are the trust signals that matter — and we verify them.

What about ramps, rails and accessible bathrooms?

Those are home modifications — a separate lane that's OT-assessment-gated and needs licensed builders. We're building that out next; for now this covers daily-living maintenance.

General information only, not financial or NDIS advice. Funding depends on a participant's plan and what's reasonable and necessary.
